Is my content private and secure? Does AI Edit use my data for training?

Yes. Your content is private and secure by default. Everything you create or upload is accessible only to you. We use strict security measures and data-protection agreements to keep your information safe. AI Edit does not use your inputs or generated content to train its AI models, and neither do our third-party providers. Your data is never shared or used for training purposes.

Can I use AI-generated content commercially? Who owns it?

Yes, you can. You are free to edit the content as needed and use it for commercial purposes. You retain full ownership of all content created using AI Edit's AI tools.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency used to access AI features on AI Edit. Each AI operation (image and video generation, image editing, inpainting, etc.) deducts a specific number of credits from your account. Credits are deducted upon successful generation completion. Credits are also deducted if you cancel an active generation. Credits are NOT deducted if the system fails to deliver results. Monthly credits reset when your subscription renews or in case of purchasing a different plan. Unused monthly credits are not refundable and not transferable to the following months. You can view your credit balance, usage history, and operation costs in your account settings under 'Manage Account'.

Can I top up my credit balance?

Sure! If you run out of credits, you can get as much credits as you need at any time. Please note that: top-up credits do not expire; only users with an active subscription can purchase additional credits; to use top-up credits, you need to have an active subscription.

How can I delete my data and my account?

To delete specific content: Delete individual messages from your chat history at any time, clear entire chat conversations along with all associated media, or remove content from your favorites collection. To delete your account: Go to your account settings and select 'Delete Account'. This permanently removes all your uploads, generated content, chat history, and stored files from our servers. Note: You must cancel any active subscription before deleting your account.
